We can do this conversion to your existing M35, if you desire.

A basic M35 2.5-ton military is shortened, and a single rear axle is installed. You can specify what frame length and wheel base dimension you want.

You can order your truck with a bare frame, flatbed, or cargo body. The truck is an ideal platform for fire fighting apparatus, such as a slide-in brushfire tank and pump combination. The cargo body is shown.

The truck weighs just over 10,000 pounds as shown. The payload is 4 tons on the highway, and 2 tons off-road. Top speed with the wheels and tires shown is 62 MPH.

The original turbo-charged multi-fuel engine and 5-speed Spicer OD transmission are retained, but a Cummins/Allison 545 combination is contemplated for later this year.
